About the Role
Join our AI Research division as a Data Scientist specialising in machine learning. You will design and deploy production ML models that power our intelligent recruitment matching engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and train ML models for candidate-job matching, NLP-based CV parsing, and predictive analytics
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, Pandas, and Apache Airflow
- Implement model serving infrastructure using TensorFlow Serving and FastAPI
- Conduct A/B testing and measure model performance using statistical methods
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems
- Stay current with latest research in NLP, recommendation systems, and fairness in AI
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years industry experience in applied machine learning
- Strong Python skills with deep expertise in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with NLP techniques (transformers, embeddings, text classification)
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices and model monitoring
- Published research or demonstrated open-source contributions preferred
