<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>Join our AI Research division as a <strong>Data Scientist</strong> specialising in machine learning. You will design and deploy production ML models that power our intelligent recruitment matching engine.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and train ML models for candidate-job matching, NLP-based CV parsing, and predictive analytics</li>
<li>Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, Pandas, and Apache Airflow</li>
<li>Implement model serving infrastructure using TensorFlow Serving and FastAPI</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing and measure model performance using statistical methods</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems</li>
<li>Stay current with latest research in NLP, recommendation systems, and fairness in AI</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field</li>
<li>3+ years industry experience in applied machine learning</li>
<li>Strong Python skills with deep expertise in TensorFlow or PyTorch</li>
<li>Experience with NLP techniques (transformers, embeddings, text classification)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of MLOps practices and model monitoring</li>
<li>Published research or demonstrated open-source contributions preferred</li>
</ul>
