UX/UI Designer — Product Design

<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for a talented <strong>UX/UI Designer</strong> to shape the user experience of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions</li>
<li>Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma</li>
<li>Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components</li>
<li>Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation</li>
<li>Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a product-focused environment</li>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design methodology</li>
<li>Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for design feasibility</li>
<li>Experience with design systems and component libraries</li>
</ul>
