About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a product-focused environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design methodology
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for design feasibility
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
