About the Role
We are expanding our recruitment team and seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to specialise in placing software engineering, DevOps, and data science professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation
- Conduct competency-based technical screening interviews
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and track metrics in ATS/CRM systems
- Achieve monthly placement targets and revenue goals
- Stay current with technology trends and salary benchmarks
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of placing engineering and data professionals
- Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and CRM tools
