<p>We are expanding our recruitment team and seeking an experienced <strong>Technical Recruitment Consultant</strong> to specialise in placing software engineering, DevOps, and data science professionals.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation</li>
<li>Conduct competency-based technical screening interviews</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers</li>
<li>Manage candidate pipelines and track metrics in ATS/CRM systems</li>
<li>Achieve monthly placement targets and revenue goals</li>
<li>Stay current with technology trends and salary benchmarks</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house)</li>
<li>Proven track record of placing engineering and data professionals</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and market dynamics</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with ATS platforms and CRM tools</li>
</ul>
