Product Manager — B2B SaaS

<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are hiring a <strong>Product Manager</strong> to drive the strategy and execution of our B2B SaaS recruitment platform. You will own the product roadmap and work cross-functionally to deliver features that delight our enterprise customers.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Define product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap aligned with business objectives</li>
<li>Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs for engineering teams</li>
<li>Prioritise features using data-driven frameworks (RICE, ICE scoring)</li>
<li>Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities</li>
<li>Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an agile environment</li>
<li>Analyse product metrics and user behaviour to inform decisions (Mixpanel, SQL)</li>
<li>Manage stakeholder expectations across sales, marketing, and executive leadership</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency for data exploration</li>
<li>Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Technical background or comfort working closely with engineering teams</li>
