<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>Join our mobile team as a <strong>React Native Developer</strong> building cross-platform recruitment apps used by thousands of candidates and recruiters.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native</li>
<li>Implement complex UI components with smooth animations and gesture handling</li>
<li>Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux Toolkit</li>
<li>Configure push notifications, deep linking, and biometric authentication</li>
<li>Manage App Store and Google Play releases, including code signing and CI/CD</li>
<li>Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and Detox</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of React Native development experience with published apps</li>
<li>Strong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals</li>
<li>Experience with native module bridging for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)</li>
<li>Firebase experience (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)</li>
<li>Understanding of mobile performance optimisation and memory management</li>
</ul>
