About the Role
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our organisation's digital assets. You will monitor, detect, and respond to security threats while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for security incidents and anomalies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across web applications and infrastructure
- Lead incident response procedures and produce detailed post-incident reports
- Maintain ISO 27001 and NIST compliance documentation
- Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS configurations, and endpoint protection
- Develop security awareness training materials for staff
Requirements
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in a SOC or similar environment
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
- Scripting abilities in Python for automation of security tasks
