<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for a qualified <strong>Financial Controller</strong> to oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning across the business.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, and balance sheet reconciliations</li>
<li>Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and cash flow management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and UK tax regulations</li>
<li>Manage external audit relationships and coordinate year-end processes</li>
<li>Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions</li>
<li>Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CFO and board</li>
<li>Implement and improve financial controls and reporting systems</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP</li>
<li>Proficiency in Xero or SAP, and advanced Excel modelling</li>
<li>Experience managing a small finance team</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities</li>
